Bukola Saraki’s case gets indefinite adjournment by the Code of Conduct Tribunal

and former Governor of Kwara State Mr Bukola Saraki will no longer hold as the tribunal has adjourned the matter till a yet-to-be disclosed date.


Mr Ibrahim Alhassan today said the case which was expected to hold today at the Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT, have been shifted to an undisclosed date.


Alhassan added that due to the absence of some key prosecution witnesses involved in the case, the matter had been adjourned indefinitely.

The tribunal Chairman, Danladi Umar had on May 25, deferred the trial till today for further cross-examination of the principal prosecution witness.
