Ubosi said after he made payments, Rihanna's camp request to postpone the show in which he agreed, but only if Rihanna posted the rescheduled date on her Twitter feed and other social media vice.

Chris Obosi said that never happened so his company had to cancel the show and demanded its money back.

Since Ubosi didn’t get the cash, he’s suing Rihanna, Jay Z and Roc Nation for damages and losses.

Sources close to Rihanna tell TMZ they believe Ubosi might have been a victim of a scam by the two people who claimed to represent the singer.

The sources say Rihanna’s management as well as Jay Z's Roc Nation knew nothing about the gig and the singer never collected any money.
